The short version

Sawprint Puzzle does not send gameplay or personal data to Flovi Limited. The game has no account sign-in, advertising, analytics or online chat.

On-device information

Project progress, stars, language, sound and music preferences are saved on your device. They are used to resume your game and are not transmitted to Flovi Limited. Removing app data can remove this progress.

Purchases

The Apple App Store or Google Play processes your purchase. Flovi Limited does not receive your full payment-card details.

Support

If you email support, we receive the contact information and content you choose to send and use them to answer your request. Avoid sending sensitive information. For privacy requests, contact flovilimited@gmail.com.

This website

This static website is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard technical request information under its privacy policy. The site does not embed a video player or use analytics scripts on this page.

Changes

If game data practices change, we will update this policy and the store disclosures before releasing that change.
